We would like to inform you about our upcoming financial system modernisation, as we transition to SAP S/4HANA in November 2026. The transition will require us to suspend some financial system functions temporarily. We will make every effort to minimise any inconvenience caused and ensure a smooth transition. To enable a smooth transition, we would like to share the following overview of the changes you may experience during the transition period and following the improvement. We recommend that you review this information and make any necessary updates.
- Delays in our invoice creation during the system migration from 20 November to 22 November 2026: Please note that as of 23 November 2026, customers will notice a change in the invoice and credit notes layout; however, all the required standard information will be present. The system will automatically generate invoices instead of the manual format previously provided.
- Expect changes to our invoice templates (PDF), effective 23 November 2026:These changes may require adjustments to your system setup to ensure seamless receipt and processing of the updated invoice format. To ensure a smooth transition, please check the new invoice layouts below:
