Notice: Launch of E-SERVICE 2.0 System

To provide more accurate and stable information and to enhance operational convenience for our customers,

we are launching the new e-Service 2.0 system according to the schedule below.

• Launch Date

- Starting October 1, 2026 (Thursday)

• Key Notes

- To ensure stable system operations, the new system will run concurrently with the existing system (1.0) for one year.

- Concurrent Operation Period: October 1, 2026 (Thursday) – September 19, 2027 (Sunday)

- Tasks can be performed on either system without issue.

However, certain specific functions may only be available on the new system (2.0).
