Enhanced Cargo Readiness Notifications

Dear Valued Customer,

At CMA CGM, we continuously look for ways to make our communications clearer and more useful to you. We are pleased to share an update to our cargo readiness 
notifications, designed to give you greater visibility and make it easier to act on what matters most.

What is changing
Notifications will now be organized by Customer and Port Call. Each message will focus on one specific vessel call and the information or action required for it, rather than combining several vessels calls in a single follow-up.

What this means for you
•    Faster identification of the vessel calls and shipment context
•    Clearer prioritization of notifications requiring prompt attention
•    More relevant content tied to the applicable port call
•    Simpler follow-up, with less confusion between vessels, voyages, and urgency levels

Clearer email subject lines
Each subject line will include the vessel name, voyage reference, Port of Loading (POL) and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), for example: Action required: missing information on your shipments - Vessel Name | Voyage Reference | POL | ETA
