Dear Valued Customers,
Please be informed that Regional Container Lines (RCL) will implement an Inbound Container Processing Fee for import shipments to Mexico, effective 10 October 2026.

| Amount | USD 60 per container |
| Applicable Scope | Import shipments to Mexico |
| Effective Date | 10 October 2026 (Port of Loading ETD) |
| Payment Terms | Collect at Port of Discharge (POD), Mexico |
| Payable By | Consignee |
This charge will apply to shipments with a Port of Loading ETD on or after 10 October 2026 and will be collected locally from the consignee at destination.
