Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that Regional Container Lines (RCL) will implement an Inbound Container Processing Fee for import shipments to Mexico, effective 10 October 2026.

Charge Name Inbound Container Processing Fee
Amount USD 60 per container
Applicable Scope Import shipments to Mexico
Effective Date 10 October 2026 (Port of Loading ETD)
Payment Terms Collect at Port of Discharge (POD), Mexico
Payable By Consignee

This charge will apply to shipments with a Port of Loading ETD on or after 10 October 2026 and will be collected locally from the consignee at destination.
