Dear Valued Customer,

Please be advised that due to delays suffered earlier in this voyage, the Sofrana Surville V619 will need to undertake port omissions in order to recover her schedule. After careful consideration of all possible options, the decision has been made to enact the following.

Change of rotation with Lae to be called prior to Port Moresby in order to avoid further delays due to congestion in the ports.
Omission of Kimbe, Rabaul, Honiara ports. Cargo for these ports will be discharged in Lae and will re-load on the Baldur V620 for discharge directly into these ports. Baldur V620 will add direct calls to both Kimbe and Rabaul in order to accommodate this.

These actions will allow us to recover the schedule, while still delivering all of the cargo with minimum additional delay.
