User Registration Agreement
Welcome to HSCIQ.COM (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and to the services provided by Shanghai Jiaxing Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "we").
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please immediately stop using the login and registration functions of the Website.
1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of the Terms of Service
The ownership and operating rights of the Website and the products and related software involved are owned by Shanghai Jiaxing Information Technology Co., Ltd. The services provided by the Website are strictly performed in accordance with its published articles of service, terms of service and operating rules. A user who successfully logs in through any of the methods agreed in this Agreement is deemed to have fully agreed to all terms of service and to have completed the registration process.
2. Service Content
- The Website reserves the right to adjust the service content and modify the terms of service at any time according to actual circumstances. Once published, the modified terms supersede the original terms. Continued use of the Website's services by a user constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
- The Website only provides network services related to account registration, login and content display. All equipment related to the network services (such as computers, modems and other devices for accessing the Internet) and all required expenses (such as telephone charges and Internet access fees paid for accessing the Internet) shall be borne by the user.
3. Account Registration and Use Rules
3.1 Account Registration Methods
The Website provides the following two registration/login methods, from which you may choose:
Method 1: Mobile Phone Number + Verification Code Login
You may complete login/registration by entering your mobile phone number and the SMS verification code you receive. The Website does not provide password-based login, so you do not need to set or remember any password.
Method 2: WeChat QR Code Login
You may complete login/registration by scanning the QR code provided by the Website using the "Scan" feature of WeChat and confirming the authorization within WeChat. Upon first use, you may be required to additionally bind a mobile phone number (for account recovery and receipt of important notifications). If you refuse to bind a number, you may be unable to use certain features that require strong identity association (such as posting content and commenting), but basic browsing functions will not be affected.
3.2 Account Ownership and Right of Use
Upon successful registration, the Website will record the user's mobile phone number or WeChat openid/unionid as the sole identity identifier. The account is owned by the Website, and upon completing registration the user obtains only the right to use the account. The user shall bear legal responsibility for all activities and events conducted through his or her account.
3.3 Authenticity of Information
- When logging in with a mobile phone number, the user shall ensure that the phone number provided is owned by the user or has been legally authorized, and that it can receive SMS messages normally.
- When logging in with WeChat, the user shall ensure that his or her WeChat account is in normal status and that the authorization is performed by the user personally.
- If the user provides any information that is erroneous, untrue, outdated or incomplete, or if the Website has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is erroneous, untrue, outdated or incomplete, the Website has the right to suspend or terminate the user's account and to refuse the user's current and future use of all or any part of the services.
3.4 Account Security
- Users shall properly safeguard their mobile phones and phone numbers to prevent loss of the phone or disclosure of verification codes. All operations performed by means of mobile phone verification codes are deemed to be the user's own acts.
- Users shall properly safeguard their WeChat accounts and passwords to prevent misappropriation of their WeChat accounts. All operations performed through WeChat authorized login are deemed to be the user's own acts.
- If a user discovers that his or her account has been illegally used by others, the user shall immediately notify the Website (contact email: hsbianma@qq.com ). The Website assumes no liability for any use of an account by others caused by the user's own reasons (such as loss of the phone, theft of the WeChat account, or disclosure of verification codes).
3.5 Account Cancellation
Users have the right to apply for cancellation of their registered accounts at any time. To cancel an account, a user may proceed through the official channels published by the Website (such as contacting customer service or using the settings page). After account cancellation, the Website will process the user's personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. User Privacy Protection
Protecting user privacy is a fundamental policy of the Website. The Website undertakes not to disclose to the public or provide to any third party the registration information of any individual user or the non-public content stored on the Website by users while using the network services, except in the following circumstances:
- prior explicit authorization has been obtained from the user;
- as required by relevant laws and regulations;
- as required by the competent government authorities;
- to safeguard the interests of the public;
- to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the Website.

5. User Code of Conduct
When using the services of the Website, users must comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. Users shall not use the Website's services to engage in any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to:
- content that opposes the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;
- content that endangers national security, divulges state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
- content that damages national honor and interests;
- content that incites ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, or undermines ethnic unity;
- content that undermines the state's religious policies, or advocates cults or feudal superstitions;
- content that spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability;
- content that disseminates obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder or terror, or instigates crime;
- content that insults or defames others, or infringes upon the lawful rights of others;
- content that is false, harmful, coercive, invasive of others' privacy, harassing, infringing, slanderous, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise morally objectionable;
- content containing any other material restricted or prohibited by the laws, regulations, rules, ordinances and any other norms having legal effect of China.
- Users shall not use the network service system for any illegal purpose;
- Users shall not use the Website's services to engage in the following activities:
- accessing computer information networks or using computer information network resources without permission;
- deleting, modifying or adding to the functions of computer information networks without permission;
- deleting, modifying or adding to the data and application programs stored, processed or transmitted in computer information networks without permission;
- intentionally creating or disseminating destructive programs such as computer viruses;
- other acts that endanger the security of computer information networks.
If a user violates any of the above provisions while using the network services, the Website or its authorized personnel have the right to require the user to make corrections or to directly take all necessary measures (including but not limited to modifying or deleting content posted by the user, and suspending or terminating the user's right to use the network services) to mitigate the impact caused by the user's misconduct.
6. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights and trade secrets, in the service content provided by the Website (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, charts, interface design, page frameworks and data) are owned by Shanghai Jiaxing Information Technology Co., Ltd. or the relevant rights holders.
- Without the written consent of the Website or the relevant rights holders, users shall not copy, disseminate, display, mirror, upload, download, modify, rent out, transfer or use such content for any commercial purpose without authorization.
7. Disclaimers
- The user expressly agrees that all risks arising from his or her use of the Website's services shall be borne entirely by the user; all consequences arising from his or her use of the Website's services shall also be borne by the user, and the Website assumes no liability to the user.
- The Website does not warrant that the network services will meet the user's requirements, nor that the network services will be uninterrupted, and makes no warranty as to the timeliness, security or accuracy of the network services.
- The Website assumes no liability for network service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, hacker attacks, computer viruses, technical adjustments by network providers, government prohibitions, etc.) or other causes beyond the Website's control, but will endeavor to minimize the losses and impacts caused to users thereby.
8. Amendment of the Agreement
The Website has the right to modify any provision of this Agreement at any time. Once the content of this Agreement changes, the Website will publish the modified content directly on the Website, and such publication shall be deemed as the Website having notified users of the modification. If a user does not agree to the modifications made by the Website to the relevant terms of this Agreement, the user has the right to stop using the network services. Continued use of the network services by a user constitutes the user's acceptance of the modifications.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- The formation, execution and interpretation of this Agreement and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
- In the event of any dispute between the parties regarding the content of this Agreement or its execution, the parties shall endeavor to resolve it through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction at the domicile of Shanghai Jiaxing Information Technology Co., Ltd.
10. Service of Notices
- All notices from the Website to users under this Agreement may be given by means of website announcements, email, SMS messages or conventional mail; such notices are deemed delivered to the recipient on the date of dispatch.
- Notices from users to the Website shall be delivered to the correspondence address, email address and other contact information officially published by the Website.
